We've decided to buy the old Victorian Mansion that's up for sale and stay here. It's only a half block from my wife's store; we won't have to leave our friends and we'll enjoy workin' on it.

I decided to stay in the community where I was born and raised. I feel very comfortable here. Maybe not the perfect location in the eyes of some, but I know everybody. I moved up the economic ladder because I could live here and still save money. That's how I could make the real-estate investments that I made.
