Who was William Dellert?

It is 1920 and William and Vera Dellert Sound rent part of a house on South Second Street in Springfield. The young couple is anxious to have a home of their own.

Sears catalogs now offer not only parlor organs and other household items, but homes. The Dellerts are more than a little interested.
